Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees.
Remain calm, solve problems, and act in critical situations.
Conduct regular walking patrols and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and verify credentials for security.
Maintain logs of activities, incidents, and observations.
Enforce security procedures per post instructions.
Lock/unlock doors, operate security systems, and monitor surveillance.
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents per protocol.

Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees.

Conduct regular walking patrols to improve the safety of individuals and proactively identify and report security concerns.

Monitor facility access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.

Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures.

Enforce security procedures in the relevant Security Post Instruction.

Execute routine tasks with proficiency, such as securely locking and unlocking doors, activating, and deactivating security systems, and diligently monitoring surveillance feeds for signs of potential threats or breaches.
