Job summary

Electro-Matic, a SunSource company, seeks a Texas Market LED Sales Account Manager to drive growth for our Visual Solutions portfolio, including LED displays and digital signage. You will develop regional strategies, build key relationships, and pursue new business opportunities across the Texas market.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outside sales within LED displays, digital signage, or lighting solutions, with a strong track record in presenting and negotiating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in LED displays, digital signage, or lighting solutions.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts within CRM systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Texas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and decision-makers.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, trade shows, market research, and outbound sales activity.
• Present and demonstrate LED display, lighting, and signage solutions to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to achieve joint sales goals and deliver customer solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, quotations, and sales agreements.
• Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
• Partner with Inside Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure timely response to customer requirements.
• Support customers throughout the sales cycle, including issue resolution and post-sale follow-up.
• Attend industry trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events.
