Daybreak Health is hiring a licensed Texas clinician for remote therapy roles. You will provide teletherapy to adults and adolescents, with strong emphasis on culturally responsive care, and receive step-by-step CA licensure guidance from our team.
We offer paid intake assessments, paid no-shows/late cancellations, and malpractice insurance. The role supports flexible scheduling and a fully remote setup across the U.S.
Join our mission to make quality mental healthcare accessible to every person who needs it. At Daybreak Health, you'll be part of a movement to remove barriers to care and help people of all ages thrive emotionally and mentally.
We started by serving adolescents, and we're now growing to serve adults as well. That growth is why this position is open. We partner with over 60 school districts and dozens of health plans, and we are expanding to meet the demand for both adolescent and adult therapy. For Texas clinicians, that expansion is the opportunity:we'll help you get licensed in California, cover the cross-licensing fees, and place you directly into our health plans, where open slots get booked.
Earn $55-$75 per session based on weekly caseload, with no cap on earnings. The more clients you see, the more you earn.
Note: This role is open to fully licensed Texas clinicians only. Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.
