Job summary

ApolloCare TX - Provider Relations is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Texas Market Provider Relations team. You will analyze provider networks, IPAs, ACOs, and health plan arrangements, translating data into actionable insights to drive provider satisfaction and value-based care initiatives.

This role reports to the Texas Market Provider Relations Leader and focuses on tracking initiatives, building reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and coordinating cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare operations, provider relations, or related.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track provider issues, health plan escalations, and market priorities for Texas.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on provider performance, membership, claims, and quality.
• Analyze provider and market data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities; present recommendations.
• Support health plan delegation activities including provider roster validation and routing concerns.
• Assist with ACO recruitment tracking, provider participation, and value-based care initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects like market transitions and delegation readiness activities.
• Prepare materials and summaries for provider meetings and executive presentations.
• Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables to support market execution.
