Job summary

Medical on Demand Staffing LLC recruits for a BC/BE Critical Care Medicine intensivist to join the Pulmonary & Critical Care Associates (PCCA) team in Abilene, TX. The role offers flexible scheduling options such as 2 weeks per month (7-on/7-off) or 1 week per month, with 7am–7pm onsite hours and overnight call coverage.

Compensation includes call pay incentives, CME allowance, and comprehensive malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE in Critical Care Medicine and licensed in Texas or eligible.
• Experience in high-acuity ICU within a 564-bed regional center.
• Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in a 7am–7pm onsite with overnight call coverage.
• Participate in call pay incentives and CME benefits.
• Collaborate with Pulmonary & Critical Care Associates to manage regional patient load.
