Job summary

APTIM’s Energy Transition is seeking an experienced Contractor Liaison to recruit, engage and support contractors for HOMES/HEEHR inTexas. This role supports planning and operational activities and travels within the region.

The successful candidate will work with the Contractor Network Manager to scale the contractor network, develop marketing/training materials, and ensure timely communications and compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of contractor outreach are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of contractor outreach experience, with knowledge of energy efficiency programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard contractors to the HOMES/HEEHR program network.
• Develop and lead presentations at conferences and community events.
• Coordinate marketing, training and process materials for contractor engagement.
• Respond to contractor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Perform field QA/QC visits for the defined territory.
• Maintain compliance checks and manage contractor relationships and escalations.
