Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in general liability and trucking groups.
• Excellent research and writing skills are required.
• Licensed to practice in Texas (no exceptions).
• Insurance defense litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation from investigation to trial.
• Conduct rapid response investigations following losses, case evaluation and reporting.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and trial presentation with strategic client objectives.
