This partner-track opportunity requires a professional with extensive consulting experience in the air quality sector and an existing network within the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Chemical industries. Key responsibilities include developing market strategies, managing regulatory compliance, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management and a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant consulting experience.
Qualifications
4-5+ years of solid air quality consulting experience, with a high degree of technical competence.
Certification in field; P.E., CSP, CHMM, or similar registration desired.
Demonstrated leadership ability to build, coach, and mentor collaborative teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic market/business plan.
Serve as a senior expert for strategic air permits and compliance programs.
Manage project deliverables, budgets and schedules.
Mentor junior and mid-level staff on air quality projects.
Skills
Experience and knowledge of federal and state Air regulations
Strong track record of managing project deliverables, schedule and budgets
Excellent communication skills
Established reputation in the local marketplace
Team collaboration and mentoring ability
Education
Minimum of BS in engineering (chemical, mechanical, environmental) or related discipline
