Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in college admissions, student services, customer service, or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive attitude and independent work ethic.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, responsibilities, and programs simultaneously.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned region for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students, families, school officials, and campus constituents.
• Provide admission counseling and information to students and families.
• Plan and attend recruitment events, including day/evening/weekend sessions.
• Identify and attend high school and college visits, fairs, and recruitment opportunities.
• Represent Mines at on- and off-campus events and build relationships with counselors and organizations.
• Coordinate with Admissions Office on strategic initiatives and participate in training and signature events.
