Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old.
• Previous kitchen/restaurant experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash registers.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math for cash handling and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with orders to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and service area.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage transactions using a cash register.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient operations.
• Enter orders and ensure pricing/quantities are accurate.
• Accept payments in cash and by credit card, provide receipts.
• Provide change and receipts; alert managers to returns/refunds.
• Bag and wrap purchased goods for transport.
• Take out trash as needed; upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
