Based in Burlington, MA, this position is slated for a 12-month tenure with the potential for an extension. As a Testing Technician, you will play a vital role in evaluating Keurig brewing systems, directly contributing to our ongoing product quality, development, and improvement efforts.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of brewing systems, including performance and lifecycle testing.
• Support product development and improvement initiatives by executing established protocols for new components and brewers.
• Help ensure data integrity by meticulously recording and organizing test results within spreadsheets and documentation systems.
• Communicate findings to management, specifically calling out any quality concerns or irregular performance metrics.
• Investigate brewer malfunctions to help the team determine the underlying causes of observed issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and standardized testing procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in onboarding new staff members by providing instruction on testing methodologies and data documentation standards.
• Ensure all testing records are kept up to date and that information is effectively shared with the appropriate departments.
