Responsibilities

• Maintain test security and compliance with state and board regulations.
• Train faculty and staff on rules for county/state/national assessments.
• Establish testing schedules with the school’s administrative team.
• Organize and distribute test materials for testing groups.
• Assign test groups, test administrators, and proctors.
• Monitor accommodations with special education staff and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and return score sheets and test booklets to the Office of Research and Assessment.
• Communicate testing irregularities to appropriate offices.
• Coordinate preparation of labs for online assessments and assist teachers in preparing students.
