Position Title: Testing Coordinator

FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Type: Full-time (10 or 12 Month)

Reports To: Director of Testing

Location: Dallas, TX 75252

June Shelton School & Evaluation Center is the world's largest independent school for bright children with learning differences. Founded in 1976, Shelton is dedicated to serving and empowering students who learn differently. It includes a speech and language therapy program, an evaluation center, and a teacher-training program. Shelton collaborates with medical institutions in Dallas and serves approximately 900 students from EC to 12th grade. The school is accredited by ISAS.

Position Overview

This Testing Coordinator supports the assessment process by administering, scoring, and analyzing cognitive and academic tests for prospective and enrolled students, including college admissions testing with accommodations.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Master’s or doctorate in psychology, education, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, or related field required
  • Preferred: Licensed Educational Diagnostician or LSSP
  • Experience with Q-Interactive/Q-Global and administering IQ and academic assessments
  • Knowledge of college testing accommodations process
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient with computer systems

Physical Requirements
