Qualifications

• 3+ years of testing experience supporting HCM or enterprise system implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce, specifically HR Core and Talent modules.
• Experience utilizing qTest for test management and execution.
• Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, regression, and defect management processes.
• Ability to create clear test documentation and communicate testing results to stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional implementation project teams.

Insight Global is seeking a Tester with experience supporting Dayforce projects, specifically within the HR Core and Talent modules for implementation testing. This individual will be responsible for executing testing activities throughout the project lifecycle, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using qTest for test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting, along with a strong understanding of HCM processes and configurations.
