Job summary

Stefanini Group is hiring a Test / Verification Engineer in Greensboro, NC to support verification and validation activities for automotive systems.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and familiarity with ISO and JAE standards. Onsite work at 7900 National Service Road, Greensboro, NC 27409 with a 12-month assignment.

Qualifications

• Genuine knowledge of verification / validation and common verification / validation processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of automotive protocols and technologies.
• Experience in using test and verification measuring and monitoring equipment for both physical and data bus signals.
• Knowledge and experience with automotive electrical and electronics development and diagnostics tools.
• Knowledge of ISO and JAE standards (environmental, mechanical, electrical).
• Knowledge of the physical, electrical and EMC environment of commercial vehicles.
• Software Validation or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply verification/validation processes to automotive systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on failures.
• Work with automotive protocols and technologies.
• Operate test and verification equipment for physical and data signals.
• Use automotive development and diagnostic tools.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/JAE standards for environmental/electrical/EMC aspects.
• Contribute to software validation activities.
