Job summary

Stefanini Group in Round Lake, IL is seeking an Engineering Technician for a first shift role (8:00 AM-5:00 PM, M-F) on-site. The position involves performing routine to moderately complex lab tasks, data collection, and basic testing under general guidance.

Responsibilities include conducting experiments, maintaining equipment and inventory, writing summaries, and supporting product testing and calibration. Requires a high school diploma (AA preferred) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; AA degree is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills such as word processing, data entry and e-mail.
• Basic science and/or math skills.
• Team orientation. Include the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.

• Perform limited troubleshooting and calibration of instruments.

Details:

Work Hours: M-F (40 hours)

Work Location: Round Lake, IL

Shift: 1st Shift. (8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Work hours Flexible)

Work on assignments that are simple or moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments. Apply basic techniques and procedures to assigned projects.
