Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Production Test Technician to perform the setup, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. You will determine and develop test specifications from blueprints and diagrams, test assemblies and final systems, and prepare technical reports with recommendations for solutions to technical problems.

The role may involve assisting in the selection and setup of specialized test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
• Develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
• Assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
