17641-1 Test Technician Level 1, Chelmsford, MA (Interim Secret)

DESCRIPTION:
Test Technician
Seeking a Test Technician for a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role. In this role, you’ll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production.
What You’ll Do:
  • Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
  • Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
  • Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.
  • Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
Hours: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday through Sunday, with possibility for Overtime
  • Must be US Citizen
  • Active Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance
  • 4/10 Work Week
  • 3rd Shift
  • $22.00-24.00/hr.
  • Duration: 5/5/2025-11/3/2025

  • Worker will work Onsite Full Time
MANDATORY:
  • Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
  • Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
DESIRED:
Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
