Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Idaho is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm).

You will develop and execute manufacturing solutions, support production operators, and apply process improvements while adhering to good manufacturing practices and safety standards. An Associate’s Degree with 2+ years' experience is preferred; equivalent combinations considered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain test equipment.
• Strong understanding of quality and reliability in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develops / executes manufacturing solutions and provides high-quality, cost-appropriate services while applying technical specialty to their role.
• Utilizes tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, and production.
• Demonstrates understanding of Plexus Manufacturing processes, product requirements, and cross-discipline coordination.
• Exe cutes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and supports production line operators.
• Maintains comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation.
