Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Nampa, ID is seeking a Test Support Technician to develop and sustain test and inspection programs for manufacturing platforms. This role supports operators, troubleshoots test equipment and software, and contributes to downtime reduction through root-cause analysis.

The position offers multiple shifts (A, B, D) with a 10% shift differential. An Associate's degree in electronics is required, with 0–1 year of related experience; more experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience with test equipment and debugging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain test and inspection programs for manufacturing platforms.
• Support operators and technicians in troubleshooting test equipment and software.
• Lead calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Assist with training to operate and build tests for the line.
• Identify gaps and implement solutions to improve program capability.
