TEST TECHNICIAN

Client, Inc. is engaged in medical technology. A new product development team for the Surgical Innovation business in Client’s Minimally Invasive Therapies Group (MITG) Business Unit is seeking a Test Technician. The Test Technician shall support test activities to meet the project’s requirements. This position will be part of an R&D Instrumentation team for the Client Robotic-Assisted Surgery platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting verification testing on test fixtures.
• Communicating test activities and results with team members.
• Performing gauge repeatability and reproducibility assessments.
• Providing input to engineers for test protocols and prototype development.
• Conducting mechanical and electrical testing of products.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or equivalent.
• Hands-on mechanical skills and understanding of technician fundamentals.
• Familiarity with test equipment like force gauges, calipers, and data loggers (preferred).
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
