What You Will Do:
  • Follow blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to meet product specifications and tolerance levels.
  • Perform functional testing according to established test procedures.
  • Monitor tests, record data, and service test equipment as required.
  • Document acceptance or failure results.
  • Use hand tools, electronic/manual test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices properly.
  • Load and unload electronic equipment in test beds correctly.
  • Participate in quality systems and continuous improvement efforts (ACE).
  • Meet deadlines set by the team.
  • Acquire necessary skills, knowledge, and certifications.
  • Follow safety and hazardous waste disposal protocols.
  • Adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Understand the end use of products.
  • Use computer tools like SAP and follow work instructions accurately.
  • Show initiative to keep processes on schedule.
  • Train others in technical tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with other groups to resolve issues.
  • Participate in waste reduction efforts and audits.
  • Request tools and supplies as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Associate’s degree in Electronics Technology.
  • Experience with RF, Digital, Analog Circuits.
  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Knowledge of DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer.
  • Basic troubleshooting at component level.

Additional Information:

This is a safety-sensitive role subject to FAA regulations, including drug and alcohol testing.
