Job description

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Test Technician search in the Lordstown, OH area.

This is an hourly position plus overtime paid out at 1.5X for anything over 40 hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Handles test requests and employs testing equipment
• Develops and maintains incoming inspections, calibrations, and component repair procedures and records
• Coordinates the inspection and test response to schedule requirements as identified at regular production meetings held with Test/Quality supervision and management
• Adheres to work procedures, such as lock-out and tag and arc-flash standards
• Establishes/maintains effective lines of communication and feedback with manufacturing supervisors, engineers, and test personnel to ensure prompt attention and resolution of conditions that adversely affect quality

Key Requirements

• Able to read schematics
• Ability to identify electrical and mechanical components on schematics.
• Experience using test equipment.
