Job summary

Actalent is seeking a hands-on Test Technician to support automated test systems used in manufacturing and service operations at our Wichita facility. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, train operators, and help improve test system reliability while minimizing downtime.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with automated test equipment, knowledge of RF/electronic test gear, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative engineering team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics.
• 3+ years of experience supporting, maintaining, or operating automated test equipment.
• Knowledge of RF and electronic test equipment, connectors, cables, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with operators, technicians, and engineers.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs is preferred.
• Training and documentation experience is a plus.

What We're Looking For

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Engineering and manufacturing test environment supporting advanced communications products.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
