Job summary

Anduril Industries in California is seeking an operational support specialist within the Test and Evaluation team. You will assist test engineers, oversee inventory, and support on-site vehicle maintenance.

Travel to test sites as needed, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and compliance, including potential FAA Part 107 certification. This role offers hands-on operational exposure at multiple test locations in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist test engineers with various operational tasks during engineering activities.
• Oversee deployment and demonstration inventory, ensuring equipment quality and maintaining stock levels.
• Provide support for on‑site vehicle maintenance.
• Supporting operations as a visual observer.
• Assist the site lead with equipment upkeep, maintaining site cleanliness, and related duties.
• Travel between test sites as required by testing needs and team priorities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Can obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 certificate.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours.
• Excellent customer service aptitude.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead without support.
• GED or higher.
• In this role, you will be subject to pre-employment and randomized substance screening, as required by the Company.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience handling LiPO/LiON batteries.
• Fire safety training.
• First Aid certification.

US Hourly Range

$32 — $43 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
