Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the Fort Stockton, TX test site. You will manage shipping, receiving, and inventory, coordinating with production facilities and customers to ensure timely movements and proper documentation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in materials coordination, strong ERP/Jira/Slack skills, and the ability to work onsite five days a week with occasional travel. Familiarity with defense/aerospace operational environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a materials coordinator or equivalent role.
• Knowledge of standard inventory management practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control tooling.
• Ability to work across ERP, Jira, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, and inventory at Fort Stockton test site.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments between test site, production facilities, and customers.
• Create and track shipment tickets in Jira and coordinate with carriers.
• Distribute received material to teams and track non-inventory items.
• Maintain and organize inventory, including bin locations and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages for leadership.
• Kit, pack, label, and stage materials for test events and shipments.
• Execute receiving, issuing, transfer orders, and cycle counts in Oracle and Odoo.
• Reconcile inventory records across systems and escalate discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials.
