Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in materials coordination, warehouse, or equivalent.
• 2+ years leading a team, mentoring employees.
• Knowledge of standard inventory management practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management tools.
• Ability to work across multiple connected systems (ERP, Jira, Slack).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain/maintain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, and inventory management at the Fort Stockton, TX test site.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, and round-trip shipments between the site, production facilities, and customer locations, including packaging and labeling.
