Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking a Test and Reliability Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in Columbus, IN. This hands-on role offers exposure to testing, product development, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

You will perform project validation, do truck and component testing, collaborate across design, reliability and testing teams, and participate in an automation project that teaches hardware and software testing and integration.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Academic year: Junior or above.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Available for onsite assignment in our Columbus, IN location from May to August.

Responsibilities

The Role:

We’re seeking a motivated Test and Reliability Engineering Internto join our team inSummer 2027. This internship offers hands-on experience in testing, where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into product development and validation. You’ll collaborate with the NPD testing team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!

What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Academic year: Junior or above
