Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on Quality and product testing.
Experience with rotating equipment preferred.
Familiarity with GD&T methodology and design for Six Sigma concepts is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement reliability testing plans, including HALT.
Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate reliability principles into product development.
