8+ years of experience establishing behavioral and functional equivalence of refactored and original legacy software
Experience with the C++, Java, or Python automated testing techniques and tools such as Junit, PyTest, or REST and API testing tools
Ability to define the verification and validation testing strategies before significant refactoring begins
Ability to plan and oversee execution and verification of essentialUnit and Integration tests
Ability to identify systemic deficiencies in the unit and integration tests proposed by the software developers
Ability to implement and document automated regression testing to support ATO requirements
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mathematics or Science
Experience testing distributed systems, asynchronous messaging, and service failures
Experience with performance testing tools and code testing coverage as well as security testing tools
Ability to leverage AI/ML-assisted test generation, test prioritization, anomaly detection or test-data analysis and provide appropriate human validation
Ability to link test case evidence to MBSE models
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Science

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
