Job summary

HYVE Solutions is seeking a Test Quality Engineer to ensure the effectiveness, reliability, and compliance of product testing throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. You will develop and maintain test quality standards, validate test methods and equipment, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will lead test quality management, process validation, data analysis, and CAPA activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in test/quality engineering or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with automated test equipment and manufacturing test systems.

Responsibilities

• Test Quality Management: develop and maintain test quality standards and processes.
• Test Process Validation: validate test equipment and systems, ensure coverage.
• Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: analyze test data and drive improvements.
• Root Cause Analysis & CAPA: investigate failures and implement corrective actions.
• Equipment & Test System Quality: ensure calibration and integrity of test systems.
• Quality Systems & Compliance: maintain records and support audits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with multiple engineering and operations teams.
