Lockheed Martin is seeking an energetic test pilot to support the F-16 program at Edwards AFB, with growth to other projects. You will provide leadership, apply technical acumen, and help improve aircraft performance and flight test outcomes.
Responsibilities include PVI and requirements development, flight test planning, and demonstrating aircraft capabilities while traveling as needed. A strong background in F-16 testing is essential.
Tests aircraft to determine compliance with specification and operational suitability. Operates models of test aircraft during engineering flight tests, production acceptance, and flight test support through specifically prescribed tests and maneuvers. Coordinates flight operations efforts. Approves cockpit configuration. May conduct demonstration flights with customers, government officials, or other personnel aboard to exhibit aircraft performance, flying qualities, and system capabilities.

Full-Time Salary Range: $166,900.00 - $309,900.00
