Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Austin, TX is seeking a Test Operator II to perform precision assembly and testing in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will follow detailed instructions, diagnose units, and support zone safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires availability for day shifts on-site, with potential weekend work. 3+ years in manufacturing, plus wiring assembly and troubleshooting experience, is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education level.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in wiring assembly.
• Experience in troubleshooting products.
• Able to stand for 10 hours per day and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of semi-repetitive or unique precision assembly operations per drawings or instructions.
• Conduct troubleshooting related to wiring or assembly and diagnose units.
• Collaborate with Zone Team Members to meet daily tasks and quality goals.
• Promote safety, PPE usage and housekeeping in the zone (6S).
• Provide testing reports to Test Engineering teams and support continuous improvement.
