Job summary

Ise Labs Inc And Subsidiary is seeking an operator to run ATE test equipment, load test programs, and accurately log binning results in the Test Database. You will follow ISO guidelines and maintain a clean work area in an ESD-controlled environment in Fremont, CA.

The role requires basic education (GED or higher) and the ability to read and interpret technical instructions, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents and technical instructions.
• Familiarity with safety rules and ISO/ESD guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates test equipment such as pick-and-place handlers and testers.
• Records binning and yield data accurately in the Test Database.
• Follows ISO test procedures and safety guidelines in an ESD-controlled environment.
• Obtains test hardware from the Hardware Control Room as needed.
• Notifies Lead or Maintenance when UPH targets are not met or downtime occurs.
• Maintains clean, organized work area per 5S standards.
• Documents test results per shop orders and ISO guidelines.
• Assists with troubleshooting and communicates issues to supervisors.

Swing Shift: Tuesday to Saturday from 2pm to 10:30pmSummary:Operates ATE equipment to test customers’ parts according to daily production and engineering schedule. Notifies Maintenance personnel and Lead when units per hour (UPH) are not met or if downtime arises.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):Operates test equipment: Pick and place handlers, loading test programs on testers, hand/bench test equipment, etc.Accurately enter binning and yield data into the Test Database by reviewing physical unit counts and interpreting test summary reports to ensure alignment with test results.Follows proper ESD and test procedures.Follows travelers, test specifications, and instructions from customers and production control coordinators; verifies correct test program is loaded and executed to ensure accurate test results and binning.Obtains specified test hardware from Hardware Control Room such as probe card, test load board, handlers change kit etc.Follows test operating instructions according to guidelines set by customers and engineersMaintains a clean and orderly work area according to 5S standardsListens for machine alarm (due to jamming, loading assist, unloading assist, end lot, temperature unstable error, etc.) and notifies Lead or Maintenance personnel as soon as possible.Informs shift lead or shift supervisor when problem/s occur during testing.Documents test operation results per shop order instructions and in accordance with ISO guidelinesCleans and maintains test equipment as appropriateOther duties may be assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
