We’re Hiring: Test Lead Engineer

Location: Tampa, FL

Required Technical Skills

Technical Expectations

• Strong hands-on experience reviewing and writing test automation code
• Core technologies:
• Java
• Selenium
• TestNG
• XPath and CSS selector expertise is required
• Candidates will be expected to:
• Review existing automation code
• Enhance and refactor tests to ensure reusability and scalability
• Identify automation gaps and propose improvements

Emphasis is placed on reusable automation design — automation should support future releases, not just immediate test needs.

Automation Framework & Quality Focus

• Expected to actively contribute to and enhance the existing test automation framework
• Validation of graphing/data visualization components
• This engineer will need to design and implement a technical solution to reliably validate graphing behavior and integrate it into the framework
• Strong understanding of:
• Code structure, syntax, and maintainability
• Why and when to use XPath vs CSS selectors

Additional Desired Skills

• AI experience is a major plus
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, or processes using AI-driven approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and own technical outcomes

System & Team Context

• The team supports the middleware layer of the enterprise
