Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. seeks a Test Lead to evaluate and test software for quality, security, and usability. You will develop test plans/cases, create automated tests, and track QA metrics while coordinating with multiple development teams.

Hybrid work in Minneapolis with a 12-month contract and W2 only. Responsibilities include leading SIT/UAT efforts, managing testers and dashboards, and reporting status to PMs and leadership.

Test Lead

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Overview:
Responsible for evaluating and testing software for completeness, quality, correctness and security. Develops test plans and test cases. Develops automated tests. Performs manual and automated tests for software functionality, installation, and usability. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Manages bugs and error tracking. Documents and presents test results to management. Coordinates and prioritizes testing of application modifications and bug fixes. Works with multiple development teams and software projects. Experience with a test tracking software package is desired.

• Overtime may be required during workshops, go-lives, or in support of other special circumstances.
