Job summary

Raytheon’s Systems Integration & Test Environment center seeks a Senior Analyst Support/ Lab Lead to manage environmental test projects and oversee daily admin of multiple labs. The role emphasizes safety, security, and compliance aligned with doctrine and governance, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

You will collaborate with customers, employees, and senior leaders to implement process changes, support lab procedures, and ensure efficient operations across lab environments.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a lab/technical environment with engineers, technicians, or team leads.
• Basic mechanical or electrical/electronic skills.
• Familiarity with basic workplace safety guidelines.
• Experience supporting safety, security, compliance, or property handling.
• Exposure to EHS processes or safety/quality programs.
• Ability to work well with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) by sharing guidelines with lab users.
• Assist with basic Environmental Health & Safety tasks and sustainment activities.
• Help with routine property tracking and simple equipment check-ins or updates.
• Assist with basic cost tracking and budget adherence.
• Provide general SCM support as needed.
• Help prepare materials and documentation for audits or assessments.
• Assist with simple lab evaluations and follow-up on improvements identified by engineering team.
• Follow security and material-handling guidelines for controlled items and documentation.
• Share updates and communicate with teams; support managers with routine coordination tasks.
• Work with team members to follow established policies and procedures.
• Carry out tasks under regular supervision and seek guidance when needed.
• Perform duties that may involve standing, walking, or occasional outdoor work.
