Job summary

ApolloTech MSI is seeking an experienced Test Operations Lead to own the hands-on side of our test operations. You will ensure readiness for testing, build and verify cables, organize materials, and coordinate logistics for field events.

The role requires traveling to test sites to setup and operate test computers, radars, cameras, and sensor systems, leading teams, and maintaining well-documented test results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Test Engineering.
• Hands-on experience assembling test cables and harnesses.
• Experience with radar and camera sensor systems in lab or field.
• Strong logistics and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field tests.
• Ability to maintain security clearance.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Operations Lead to own the hands-on side of our test operations. In this role, you will be the person who makes sure everything is ready when it's time to test: building and verifying the cables that connect our systems, keeping test materials organized and accounted for, and coordinating the logistics that get people and equipment where they need to be. You will also help keep our lab organized, safe, and efficient so the team can work without losing time to missing parts or clutter.

This is a field-facing position. You will travel to test sites to set up and operate test computers, radars, cameras, and other sensor systems, and you will work closely with engineers and technicians to make sure each test runs smoothly from setup through teardown. The ideal candidate is a seasoned test engineer with 10+ years of experience who is equally comfortable at the workbench and out in the field, takes pride in clean, well-documented work, and can lead others by example. • Strong logistics and coordination skills
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly for field testing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Maintain a Security Clearance
