Boeing Future of Flight is hiring a Test & Evaluation Lab Technician 1 on a contract basis in Berkeley, Missouri. Test & Evaluation Lab Technician 1 (Contract)

Contract (1 year)

Crimping, Soldering, Electrical

Performs fabrication and assembly of components, cables, simple test fixtures and test systems or electronics racks using hand tools, soldering, and manual mechanical buildup. Facilitates systems integration, fabrication and modification; supports integration and checkout of completed products. Conducts routine tests, troubleshoots basic laboratory and test related problems. Works under close supervision.

• Contractor is expected to: Interpret Engineering Drawings, Select Tools and Material, Fabricate per Drawing, Maintain Quality Standards for Product Acceptance
• Training and mentorship will be provided

Requirements:

1. Experience with electronic schematics and/or drawings
2. Experience with crimping, soldering, and using multimeter
3. Basic Electrical and Mechanical knowledge and 1 – 2 years of electrical fabrication experience
