Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a leader to manage employees across multiple engineering disciplines, develop and execute project plans, and oversee technical approaches and processes. Ideal candidate has a BS degree in engineering/related fields and relevant leadership experience, with Lean/5S and EVM exposure preferred.

Requirements

• ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
• at least one year of experience in a leadership role
• Preferred: Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
• 3+ years of experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5S
• experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
• test and evaluation experience
• experience working in complex manufacturing and laboratory environments
