  • Support the planning, preparation, conduct, and documentation of laboratory and field T&E events.
  • Translate system and project requirements into measurable test objectives, evaluation criteria, data requirements, and verification methods.
  • Assess new or modified equipment and capabilities for reliability, performance, suitability, and conformance to Government requirements.
  • Document test configurations, procedures, observations, results, anomalies, limitations, assumptions, and conclusions.
  • Review test data and technical evidence to determine whether systems under test satisfy applicable performance requirements.
  • Support troubleshooting and root-cause investigation of system failures, anomalies, and performance deficiencies.
  • Clearly document system failures, investigative actions, technical findings, corrective actions, and unresolved risks.
  • Collaborate with Government engineers, logisticians, trainers, test personnel, and other subject matter experts to collect and validate technical information.
  • Research and draft technically accurate Requests for Information responses supporting JCREW Foreign Military Sales customers.
  • Assist with preparing systems and supporting equipment for customer delivery and help ensure sustainment requirements are addressed.
  • Provide current technical information to training teams for the development and revision of manuals, courseware, and other training materials.
  • Collect, generate, organize, review, and maintain technical and sustainment documentation supporting production and long-term system support.
  • Review documents prepared by other personnel for technical accuracy, completeness, consistency, readability, and compliance with applicable style requirements.
  • Support test readiness reviews, technical reviews, pre-test briefings, post-test debriefings, and lessons-learned activities.
  • Ensure test records and other program artifacts are properly marked, controlled, submitted to configuration management, and retained in accordance with Government requirements.
Desired Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
Desired Experience:
  • 3+ years of professional engineering, systems test, integration, verification, or test and evaluation experience.
