Job summary

AERMOR is seeking a Journeyman Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer in Norfolk, VA to support testing of complex systems. The role involves planning, execution, and analysis of tests, including support for Modeling & Simulation efforts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Test & Evaluation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant certifications. AERMOR offers competitive compensation and benefits including insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Test & Evaluation experience within the last 4 years.
Experience supporting Modeling & Simulation activities and VV&A processes.
Analytical methodologies applied to defense systems testing.

Responsibilities

Support development of Integrated Evaluation Frameworks (IEF).
Assist in development of Test Plans and supporting documentation.
Support execution of developmental and operational test events.
Perform test data analysis and contribute to Test Reports.
Support Modeling & Simulation activities, including development of VV&A packages.
Assist in preparation of accreditation documentation.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for analysis, documentation, and reporting.
