Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC seeks a qualified Requirements Analyst/Test Specialist to support ABMS Test & Evaluation activities at Fort Huachuca, AZ. A strong background in test planning, data analysis, reporting, and coordination with Government representatives is required. The role involves managing test data collection, producing performance-based reports, and contributing to risk assessments.

Travel approx. 10–25%.

Qualifications

• Requires a Doctorate or a Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s with 6+ years in a relevant technical curriculum.
• Must possess a current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with DoW acquisition developmental/operational testing from initial test planning through final report.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to produce an Analysis Structure (AS), including EF and DSM, and Test Plans.
• Participate in ABMS Test & Evaluation (T&E) WIPT meetings.
• Coordinate test activities between Government reps, users, and stakeholders.
• Participate in test execution and data collection.
• Engage in Data Analysis Groups for test activities.
• Analyze results to produce MOP/MOE driven reports aligned to AS.
• Produce Quick Look Reports, Joint Interoperability Assessments/Certifications, and Risk Assessments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Overview

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct document reviews of requirements sources to produce an Analysis Structure (AS), comprised of the Evaluation Framework (EF) and Data Source Matrix (DSM), and Test Plans.
• Participate in ABMS Test & Evaluation (T&E) Working-level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating all test activities between Government representatives, user participants, support agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in test execution to include managing data collection during test.
• Participate in Data Analysis Groups for all test activities
• Analyze test results, turning raw data into meaningful Measure of Performance (MOP)/Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) driven results that align to the AS.
• Produce Quick Look Reports, Joint Interoperability Assessments, Joint Interoperability Certifications/Assessments and Risk Assessments based on data collected during test events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Education

• Requires a Doctorate or a Master's degree and at least 4 years of experience; or a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience. The degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum, and experience must be related to the job duties.
• Must possess a current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Demonstrated experience with Department of War (DoW) acquisition developmental/operational testing from initial test planning through delivery of the final test report.
• Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to write complex software developer-level issues in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner.
• Familiar with and actively using the Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test tools and operational systems such as Joint Analysis Net-centric Evaluation Testing Toolkit (JANETT), Tactical Data Link Integration Exerciser (TIGER), Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI), Battlefield Operations Support System (BOSS), Network, System Integration and Test Environment (NSITE), Automated Test Case Generator (ATC-Gen), and Small Tactical Terminal (STT).
• Attention to detail creating, reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, internal/external customers, and end-users.

Security Requirement

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret.

Travel Required: Approximately 10 - 25%
