Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, seeks ABMS TE&C test specialists to perform Joint Interoperability Test, Evaluation and Certification for CBC2, TOC-L, AC, and other ABMS components.

Responsibilities include coordinating test activities between Government representatives, user participants, and support agencies; analyzing test data to produce MOP/MOE driven results; and generating formal assessments and reports. Clearance and DoW testing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of specialized and/or military experience.
• Must possess a current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• DoW acquisition developmental/operational testing experience from initial test planning through final report.
• Excellent communications, including written and presentation skills; ability to write complex issues clearly.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements reviews to produce an Analysis Structure (AS) with EF and DSM and Test Plans.
• Participate in WIPT meetings and coordinate test activities among government and stakeholders.
• Analyze test data and produce MOP/MOE driven results aligned to the AS.
• Create Quick Look Reports, JOAs, and risk assessments from test data.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Overview

JITC's Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) test specialists perform Joint Interoperability Test, Evaluation and Certification (TE&C) efforts for the ABMS systems: Cloud Based Command and Control (CBC2), Tactical Operations Center - Light (TOC-L), Aerial Connectivity (AC), DAF Integrated Fires Command and Control (DIFC2), Air Base Air Defense System - Missile Defense (ABADS - MD), and Digital Infrastructure (DI). They also perform Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) efforts for the DI program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct document reviews of requirements sources to produce an Analysis Structure (AS), comprised of the Evaluation Framework (EF) and Data Source Matrix (DSM), and Test Plans.
• Participate in ABMS Test & Evaluation (T&E) Working-level Integrated Product Team (WIPT) meetings.
• Serve as a point of contact for coordinating all test activities between Government representatives, user participants, support agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in test execution to include managing data collection during test.
• Participate in Data Analysis Groups for all test activities
• Analyze test results, turning raw data into meaningful Measure of Performance (MOP)/Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) driven results that align to the AS.
• Produce Quick Look Reports, Joint Interoperability Assessments, Joint Interoperability Certifications/Assessments and Risk Assessments based on data collected during test events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Education

• Minimum 4 years of specialized and/or military experience.
• Must possess a current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Demonstrated experience with Department of War (DoW) acquisition developmental/operational testing from initial test planning through delivery of the final test report.
• Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to write complex software developer-level issues in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner.
• Familiar with and actively using the Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test tools and operational systems such as Joint Analysis Net-centric Evaluation Testing Toolkit (JANETT), Tactical Data Link Integration Exerciser (TIGER), Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI), Battlefield Operations Support System (BOSS), Network, System Integration and Test Environment (NSITE), Automated Test Case Generator (ATC-Gen), and Small Tactical Terminal (STT).
• Attention to detail creating, reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, internal/external customers, and end-users.

Security Requirement

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret.

Travel Required: Approximately 10 - 25%
