Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Test Equipment Reliability Engineer to join our Carson, CA onsite team. You will develop and maintain FPY, OEE, MTBF, MTTR dashboards and lead TPM activities to improve uptime across test equipment.

In this role you will collaborate with technicians and production teams, manage calibration and maintenance schedules, and drive continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime and increase equipment utilization in a federal contractor environment.

Test Equipment Reliability Engineer

Onsite : Carson, CA, Monday-Friday

Salary: $110,000-$120,000/K

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain FPY, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime dashboards.
• Analyze causes of equipment interruptions and test failures.

Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000/K
