Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Test Equipment Reliability Engineer to join our onsite team in Carson, CA. You will develop and maintain FPY, OEE, MTBF, MTTR dashboards and lead TPM activities to improve test equipment reliability and uptime.

You will establish preventive and predictive maintenance plans and support calibration schedules. You will drive root-cause investigations, collaborate with technicians and production teams, and pursue continuous improvement projects to maximize equipment

Test Equipment Reliability Engineer

Onsite: Carson, CA, Monday-Friday

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain FPY, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime dashboards.
• Analyze causes of equipment interruptions and test failures.
• Lead TPM activities on test equipment.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Improve test equipment reliability and uptime.
• Manage calibration and maintenance schedules.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support technicians and production teams.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to increase equipment utilization.

Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000/K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
