Emerald Technologies is seeking a Test Engineering Manager at our Saline, MI site to lead all test engineering activities for PCBA manufacturing. You will oversee development, validation, and continuous improvement of production test solutions including ICT, Flying Probe, and FCT, with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in electronics manufacturing or test leadership, strong PCB and schematic knowledge, and a proven track record in project management and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics related field.
• 10+ years in electronics manufacturing, test or related roles in a PCBA environment.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, through-hole, and mixed-technology PCB assembly.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and PCB functionality.
• Familiarity with ICT/Flying Probe/Functional Test.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities and manage department workload to align with business needs.
• Develop schedules, milestones, and deliverables for customer and internal projects.
• Support customer visits and discuss test strategies and capabilities.
• Present to customers and manage relationships effectively.
• Interpret schematics, PCB layouts, assemblies, BOMs, and test specs.
• Drive accountability for project execution, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
