Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. seeks a Test Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance to join our defense-focused team in Laurel, MD. The role emphasizes SDLC, automation testing, and performance analysis in Linux, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities include designing evaluation plans, executing tests, and producing detailed reports for government T&E products, with opportunities across multiple locations and backgrounds in security-cleared roles.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph.
• US citizenship is required.
• Two years within the last five years directly related to Test Engineering.
• Open to multiple levels of experience; Level 04 requires 15+ years, Level 03 12+ years, Level 02 9+ years, Level 01 6+ years.
• High School Diploma required.
• Automation testing experience a plus.
• Experience planning and executing performance analysis.
• Experience with modeling and simulation for Test & Evaluation use.

Responsibilities

• Produce Evaluation Plans including metric framework, scenarios, timelines, and cross-walks to T&E requirements.
• Develop Evaluation Reports, risk assessments, and status reports; input to Government T&E products.
• Execute the evaluation plan on collected data from Testing Tasks.
• Contribute to Technology Readiness Assessments, T&E Strategy, and Master Plans.
