Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners is seeking Test Engineers to support planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of Test & Evaluation for complex government systems.

Ideal candidates will develop evaluation strategies, analyze performance data, support risk-informed decisions, and contribute to verification and validation of mission-critical capabilities. TE Level 2/3 roles include leadership and program oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Five years of Test Engineer experience for Level 2.
• Eight years of Test Engineer experience for Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and development of test and evaluation strategies.
• Plan and execute data collection for test events and evaluation objectives.
• Develop evaluation plans, analysis plans, risk assessments, data requirements, and test reports.
• Lead test events and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
