Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a test-focused engineer to develop and maintain production test processes, train operators, and troubleshoot complex issues. You will design fixtures, script tests, and build systems that load applications and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain test process instructions (TPI) for production.
• Train production employees on test processes.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare complex test and diagnostic programs.
• Coding on test scripts.
• Configure high-end servers.
• Develop overall integration & test strategy and schedule test plans and scripts.
• Design test fixtures and equipment.
• Complete specifications and procedures for new products.
• May test customer samples and set parameters.
• Install hardware into racks and label/run cables.
• Build systems to drawing package including loading applications and operating systems.
• Review test equipment and capacity.
• Work on complex problems requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiar with Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Experience working on complex problems where analysis or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors, and interacting with leadership on matters concerning multiple functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. • Familiar with operating systems including Linux and windows, along with application tools

Education

• Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 1-3+ years related experience

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000-90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
